Facebook Ad Authorization & Compliance

PRG meets the following requirements to run political or issue-based ads on Facebook:

  • Verified Business Identity: PRG has completed Facebook’s identity verification process.

  • Ad Library Inclusion: All PRG-sponsored ads are publicly available in the Facebook Ad Library, which allows users to view past and current ad campaigns.

  • Regulatory Compliance: PRG ensures all advertisements comply with applicable federal, state, and local campaign finance laws.

Content & Messaging Standards

PRG adheres to the following standards when creating and distributing ads:

  • Truthful & Accurate Messaging: All content must be factually accurate and free from misleading or deceptive claims.

  • No Misinformation or Manipulation: PRG does not engage in deceptive practices, deepfakes, or content designed to mislead voters.

  • No Hate Speech or Discriminatory Content: PRG prohibits ads that promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected categories.

Data Collection & Privacy Compliance

PRG may use Facebook Pixel tracking to measure ad performance and engagement. However, we uphold strict privacy standards:

  • User data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Data collected through ad interactions is used solely for audience engagement and campaign improvement.
